- Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking on oil & gas trends in Nigeria.
- Support diagnostic assessments, strategy formulation, and operational improvement projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation models.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams through all phases of execution.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor progress, control project costs, and manage changes in scope or timelines.
- Prepare client dashboards, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Implement project management tools and methodologies aligned with industry standards.
- Provide coaching and training to internal teams on project best practices.
- Assist in the development of process maps, business models, and performance metrics.
- Prepare client presentations, stakeholder reports, and project documentation.
- Design, develop and deliver business presentations and attend client meetings, workshops, and field visits to deliver client business interventions, projects, capability building and other consulting support.
