- Have a perfect understanding of fabric and how to style
- Work with tailors to follow up with amendement request by customers
- Responsible for analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans. Responsible for ensuring the customer aparel meet the exact requirement as requested..
Customer Consultation/QC Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Fashion Or any related field
- Previous experience in fashion related field for men.
- self taught & passionate individual with experince will be considered for the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Firm grasp of CRM & Digital tools. Excellent Interpersonal & People Management skills.
