As we grow, we’re looking for a HR & Operations Manager to build a strong team culture, support day-to-day internal coordination, and strengthen the structure that sustains our mission.
Role Overview
This is a dual-impact role combining HR and light operations oversight. You’ll lead all people-related initiatives from recruitment to team wellbeing while also supporting the founder with internal coordination across departments. You are the kind of person who brings calm structure, emotional intelligence, and quiet accountability into a fast-paced, visionary environment.
Core Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes across roles
Maintain updated HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation
Manage employee relations, feedback cycles, and performance reviews
Champion team wellbeing and culture-building initiatives
Plan and execute team retreats, trainings, and internal communication practices
Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution with maturity and grace
Monitor leaves, attendance, and HR compliance
Operations Oversight
Support the founder with cross-department coordination (clinical, fulfillment, sales, production)
Ensure team leads are following through on priorities and timelines
Track team accountability and escalate gaps or delays
Improve internal systems, SOPs, workflows, and communication tools
Ensure internal meetings are well-organized with proper documentation and follow-up
Troubleshoot inefficiencies and support smoother team handoffs
You’d Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 3–5 years experience in HR, Admin, or Operations within a growing business
Understand what it takes to support people, structure, and performance
