The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead Moneta’s sales strategy and partner banks growth initiatives. The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, acquiring new partner banks, and nurturing existing relationships to drive cross-selling and upselling of products and services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow relationships with partner banks.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across partner bank portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products and services with partner needs.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales activities. Represent Moneta at key industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales with leadership experience, ideally in the banking or microfinance sector.
- Strong relationship management skills with C-level executives.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to speak Hausa is a strong advantage due to the northern market focus.
- Minimum of 7 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
