Job Summary:
The Head, Outsourcing oversees the delivery of HR Outsourcing operations and service delivery covering the company's guardforce and other outsourced roles. This covers workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, employee services, employee engagement, and related support to ensure high performance, employee engagement, and retention levels, which would facilitate the achievement of our client’s strategic objectives. The job holder will manage clients and other strategic relationships for the best business outcomes including portfolio retention and expansion, and provide technical support for sales and business development.
Core Responsibilities
- Forecast staffing needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline across locations.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies for operatives nationwide.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of trained cadets.
- Promote a strong Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain talent.
- Address short-manning issues to minimize income loss and risks.
- Use analytics for planning and decision-making.
- Drive engagement, retention, performance management, rewards, and career development.
- Build a strong workforce aligned with company values and culture.
- Oversee employee services, wellbeing, and welfare initiatives.
- Develop career tools (grade levels, career paths, league tables) to motivate and retain staff.
- Coordinate training and upskilling of operatives with the Cadet Academy.
- Manage HR processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and update HR policies; ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Maintain guards’ database, vetting protocols, and communication platforms.
- Oerate a responsive helpdesk to resolve employee issues quickly.
- Business Support & Client Engagement
- Provide HR expertise to support business and operations teams.
- Contribute content for business development and marketing.
- Manage client relationships and support sales with strategic insights.
- Assist with budgeting and resource management.
- Track key metrics (recruitment, retention, short-manning) and maintain dashboards.
- Generate insights and reports for business decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and mentor HR operations team
- Manage team performance and ensure delivery on KPIs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus), HR certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
- Experience: 10+ years in HR operations, outsourcing, large-scale recruitment, HRIS usage, and client engagement.

Pay: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,500,000.00 per month
