Role Overview
- The Business Head will lead the overall strategy, operations, and profitability of the company.
- This role demands strong commercial acumen, leadership, and execution capability to drive business growth across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across product lines and regions.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain).
- Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Build strong customer and partner relationships to expand market presence.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with strong people development.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or food/cereal industry.
- Proven P&L management and market expansion experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria and West Africa.
Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,300,000 monthly.
