We are hiring a founding Head Chef for a new restaurant launching in Awka, Anambra. If you're a visionary chef with expertise in continental cuisine and Nigerian fusion, this is your chance to lead, innovate, and build a culinary legacy from scratch.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Designing & developing a creative, high-quality menu
- Hiring, training & managing the kitchen team
- Overseeing food preparation, hygiene, and plating
- Collaborating with management on inventory, systems & supply Ensuring consistency, quality, and kitchen SOPs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience
- Strong knowledge of continental and Nigerian cuisine
- Experience in restaurant openings/startups is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Culinary certification preferred but not required
