1. Financial Management & Reportin

ga. Leading of the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

.b. Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (IFRS, GAAP, local laws)

.c. Managing cash flow

.d. Deliver financial reports on a timely basi

2. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity in all financial processes of the company

.a. Coordinate audits and tax filings; liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal counsel

.

3. Showcasing of leadershi

pa. Lead and develop the finance team

.b. Collaborate with departments such as development, sales, operations, and legal to support overall business objectives

.c. Maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance team

.

4. He must be able to use accounting software like sage and the likes

.

Requirement

s• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage)

.• Minimum of 5 -7 years post - qualification experience in‌ the real estate secto

r.• At least 3 years’‍ experience as Head or Manager of a Finance team with proven resul

ts.• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage

people• Excellent‌ communication, and decision-making ski

lls.• Professional certification in accounting ICAN is requi
