JOB SUMMARY
This role reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer.
We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead financial operations for a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. This role oversees financial strategy, planning, risk management, reporting, and compliance across multi-outlet operations. The ideal candidate brings a solid finance background, strong leadership skills, and direct experience in the QSR or food service industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
§ Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions
§ Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decisions
§ Monitor outlet performance, margins, and cost controls
§ Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance
§ Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies
§ Present reports to executive leadership and the board.
REQUIREMENTS
§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
§ Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) required
§ 15+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 3–5 years in a QSR or retail environment
§ Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
§ Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
