Job Summary: The Head of Corporate Finance will lead deal origination, transaction structuring, and execution of capital market and advisory services, including equity issuance, M&A, debt advisory, and financial restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and manage complex corporate finance transactions from inception to closure.
- Lead capital raising mandates, including IPOs, private placements, and bond issuances.
- Provide strategic advisory on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and pitch book development.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, regulators, and investors.
- Supervise junior team members and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline. MBA, CFA, or CIS certifications are highly desirable
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate finance within a stockbroking or investment banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian capital markets, SEC requirements, and transaction processes.
- Proven experience managing high-value deals and engaging C-level executives.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₦14,000,000.00 - ₦14,500,000.00 per year
