We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who will drive and execute our marketing and brand communication efforts across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for shaping the narrative and visibility of aphr, owning our content pipeline, social media strategy, email marketing, event visibility, and brand positioning.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Direction
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with APHR’s growth goals.
- Proactively drive ideas for content and campaigns that position APHR as a trusted HR partner and thought leader. Work with the Founder to shape our brand voice, storytelling, and messaging.
Content Creation & Distribution
- Lead content planning and execution for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
- Develop marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, service highlights, and event promotions. Draft and send marketing emails that speak to our various audience segments.
Campaigns & Engagement
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance to improve future efforts. Suggest and explore partnerships, webinars, or industry and HR-related events for brand exposure.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with our Social Media Manager and team members to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Guide and support the Social Media Manager with content direction and strategy execution. Coordinate with vendors, partners, or consultants for design, PR, or event support as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (experience in a service-based, B2B, or HR-related field is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially social media and email marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with basic content design tools (e.g., Canva) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Mailerlite).
- Ability to think strategically and execute quickly and independently.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated, you're not waiting to be told what to do.
