Your responsibilities…
Growth Strategy
- You will design and lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- You will coordinate digital (email, landing pages, ads) with offline (flyers, activations, partnerships)
- You will focus every campaign on a clear, measurable goal
Campaign Ownership
- You will define positioning, urgency, and systems for each product push
- You will run campaigns with follow-up strategies, nurturing leads until conversion
- You will track performance by conversion rate, ROI, and other success metrics
Partnerships & Events
- You will pitch and close strategic partnerships (with co-ops, diaspora groups, HR teams, etc.)
- You will organize and execute micro-activations and in-person events
- You will build a strong pipeline of referrers and ecosystem supporters
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- You will oversee systems for lead tracking, nurturing, and re-engagement
- You will manage internal resources to move leads down the funnel
Team Leadership
- You will manage content creators, digital marketers, designers, and vendors
- You will give clear direction, set expectations, and hold the team accountable for delivery
Community Growth & Partnerships
- You will build a trusted network of affiliates, realtors, micro-investors, and influencers
- You will drive ongoing referrals and long-term engagement through ecosystem strategies
Data, Insights & Optimization
- You will track key metrics (CAC, engagement, conversion, ROI) and use them to improve future campaigns
- You will bring insights from market trends and buyer behavior to shape strategy
Product-Market Fit
- You will adapt campaigns to consumer psychology, emotional triggers, and market needs
- You will help refine messaging, offers, and positioning to increase effectiveness
To be considered, you should have
- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or campaign management
- Experience executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Solid understanding of lead generation, campaign ROI, and marketing funnels
- Proven ability to pitch partnerships and manage events or activations
- Strong leadership skills, you’ve led small teams or managed projects from start to finish
