Job Overview

This is a remote, project-based role ideal for a Google Ads expert who thrives on performance marketing, lead generation, and strategic campaign execution. You’ll work independently but will collaborate closely with our internal marketing and client support teams to deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Write compelling ad copy and advise on creative strategy.
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Ensure conversion tracking is correctly implemented and campaigns align with client goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practices and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of PPC strategy, bidding models, quality score, and ad ranking.
• Experience with service-based businesses and/or e-commerce campaigns in Nigeria.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and timely reporting.
