Our client is an Internet Marketing Company are urgently needing a Senior Ads Operation and Performance. He/She is responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). He/She role requires expertise in ad operations, performance tracking, and budget management to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, programmatic).
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaigns meet objectives (ROI, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- A/B test creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive performance.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define ad strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop media buying strategies with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to support campaign strategy adjustments.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze ad performance data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to track customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements and innovation based on data insights.
Budget Management
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels.
- Forecast ad spend and track daily/monthly expenditure.
Ad Tech & Platform Management
- Stay updated on advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.
- Ensure proper tracking through pixels, tags, and UTM parameters.
- Manage third-party ad platforms and tools (e.g., DV360, SEMrush, Sprinklr, etc.).
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor junior ad operations staff or coordinate with external agencies/vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital ads or performance marketing.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience managing large ad budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
