Job Position: General / Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Directly reports to the CEO and supervises Sectional Managers and Supervisors.
- Coordinates daily operations and human resource functions to ensure effective service delivery across all units.
- Oversees recruitment, staff performance, welfare, and disciplinary actions.
- Implements HR policies and ensures statutory compliance.
- Coordinates staff scheduling, onboarding, and internal communication.
- Represent the company at Corporate events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management roles, with at least 3 years in an HR function
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CPTD, CHRP, etc.) is required
Skill Set:
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strategic thinker with business acumen
