About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced FX Senior Sales Manager who knows the foreign exchange market, has strong client relationships, and can drive results. This is more than just a sales role—you’ll build a team, grow a client portfolio, and help shape a growing financial brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a network of HNIs and business clients across Nigeria
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and transaction targets
- Lead and mentor a small sales team
- Work with other teams (finance, operations, product) to ensure smooth client service
- Stay up to date with FX trends and advise clients accordingly
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in FX sales, banking, financial services, or related sectors
- Strong network of high-value clients (HNIs or businesses)
- Track record of hitting sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Experience managing or leading a sales team
- Good understanding of FX trading and financial markets
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
