Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored LED display solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals with a focus on cross-selling and upselling relevant products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Resolve any customer issues or conflicts quickly and effectively.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new LED display technologies to enhance product knowledge and sales strategy. Conduct regular field visits and client meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within tech, electronics, or advertising solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Personality: Smart, confident, and professionally composed in appearance and demeanour.
- Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiation and client relationship management.
- Technology: Familiarity with LED screen/display technology is a strong advantage.
- Mobility: Comfortable with fieldwork and regular client engagements.
