Job Description


  • Our client, Adia Hospital, located at Plot 246 AC Street, Itokin Road, beside Low-cost estate gate, Sabo, Ikorodu, Lagos are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our hospital.
  • The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow across all departments, provide strong leadership to administrative staff, and support hospital management in delivering quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the hospital’s administrative activities
  • Manage staff rosters, attendance, performance tracking, and HR-related duties
  • Oversee facility operations including procurement, supplies, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and government standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and administrative reports
  • Assist in budgeting, financial monitoring, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate communication between medical, nursing, and administrative teams
  • Handle patient and client relations professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and execution

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in administrative or managerial roles (healthcare/hospital setting preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare compliance is an added advantage
