Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Database Manager
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition & Database Manager will drive our client's core mission of building a strong, future-ready talent pipeline while maintaining an organized, data-driven candidate and client database. This role blends recruitment expertise, data management, and community engagement to ensure that our client stays ahead in sourcing, nurturing, and connecting top professionals with leading organizations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source, attract, and engage talent across diverse industries.
- Build a structured talent pipeline for recurring and future client needs.
- Segment candidates based on industry, skill sets, seniority, and availability.
- Conduct pre-screening, maintain updated CVs, and manage candidate readiness.
- Collaborate with recruiters to quickly match candidates to open roles.
2. Database & ATS Management
- Implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Ensure accurate tagging of candidates and clients for easy searchability.
- Keep detailed hiring records and update client preferences and hiring history.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Generate insights from the database to identify market trends and talent gaps.
3. Community Engagement & Employer Branding
- Act as a Community Manager by building an active community of candidates and clients.
- Run online and offline initiatives: LinkedIn groups, webinars, networking events, mentorship sessions.
- Share industry insights, career advice, and hiring trends to keep the community engaged.
- Build talent communities around niche skills (e.g., tech, finance, creative).
- Act as the voice in professional networks, positioning the company as a thought leader.
4. Client Relationship Support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Track client interactions, hiring needs, and satisfaction.
- Provide market intelligence reports to clients about candidate availability and trends.
- Work with the Business Development team to identify opportunities from database insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in talent acquisition / recruitment / HR.
- Experience managing recruitment databases or ATS platforms.
- Community management or employer branding experience is a strong plus.
- Networking mindset with proven ability to build professional communities.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Growth and quality of talent pipeline.
- Database accuracy, completeness, and usability.
- Engagement level of candidate/client community.
- Client satisfaction and repeat business rate.
- Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire improvements
