Job Summary:
A reputable Healthcare hospital is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
Maintain appointment schedules, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in person, over the phone, or via email.
Coordinate with internal staff to facilitate meetings and office activities.
Uphold a professional image of the company at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of OND or relevant certification in
Administration or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
High level of attention to detail and discretion.
