Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and staff calendars.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Support the organization of meetings and events.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Enforce visitor access and security protocols.
- Liaise with internal departments for seamless operations. Maintain exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
