Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic Front Desk & Customer Experience Personnel to join our team. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients online & offline while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Schedule client appointments and consultations with our photography team.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding our photography packages, services, and pricing both onsite & online across our touchpoints.
  • Assist in managing client bookings and maintaining our customer database.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with our photography team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
  • Uphold the company's brand values and image at all times.



Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & Google Suite).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
  • The preferred candidate must be staying closer to the office at the Eleganza bus stop, Lekki-Ajah.
