As we scale, we’re looking for a smart, organized, and polished Front Desk & Administrative Officer to manage our reception experience, support daily office operations, and assist leadership across our group.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, onsite role that blends front-desk hospitality, administrative support, office coordination, and basic personal assistance. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting the executive team and keeping the Lagos office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage all visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, manage front desk email, and route correspondence appropriately
- Maintain reception and shared office areas, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and organized
- Oversee visitor logs and coordinate with building management for repairs or maintenance
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and assist with logistics for small events
- Supervise the daily tasks of cleaners, drivers, and security guards
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and supply ordering
- Provide basic personal assistance to the executive team and administrative support to the broader team
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in front desk, office coordination, or admin roles
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable
- Based in or near Victoria Island, Lagos
