Responsibilities:

• Oversee broad finance and operational activities across the organization.
• Manage accounts, payroll systems, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Perform cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Lead the budget planning and expenditure tracking process.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and standards.
• Implement and monitor accounting controls and internal audit measures.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Provide effective stakeholder management and support decision-making.
• Supervise day-to-day operational and financial activities.
• Oversee personnel management within the finance and admin teams.
Utilize technology tools and systems for enhanced financial oversight.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Proficient in financial software and tools; strong technological literacy is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
