Job Summary
We are looking to hire Field Marketer who will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and traffic to an online store or digital platform. This role blends traditional field marketing with digital awareness to increase customer acquisition, brand visibility, and local community engagement in targeted areas.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to promote the eCommerce platform, products, or offers.
- Distribute flyers, samples, QR codes, and promotional materials in strategic locations.
- Organize and attend events, pop-ups, or market activations to attract new users and gather leads.
- Educate potential customers about how to use the online platform (e.g., app walkthroughs, account setup).
- Track and report campaign performance metrics (footfall, conversions, engagement).
- Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, and product teams to align offline efforts with online goals.
- Engage with influencers, micro-creators, or local ambassadors to amplify offline reach.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and user experience.
- Identify new field marketing opportunities based on trends, competitors, and local customer behavior. Manage inventory of promo items and ensure branded materials are used appropriately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School (SSCE).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotion, or sales; eCommerce experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online shopping behavior and eCommerce trends.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for activations.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (QR codes, app demos, referral links, CRM software). Must be willing to travel within assigned regions or cities.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent travel to field locations such as malls, campuses, public spaces, or partner venues.
- Outdoor work and standing for long periods during events or promotions.
- May require lifting light promotional materials or setting up booths/tables.
