Role Overview
The Experiential Marketing Lead will champion the conceptualization, design, and seamless execution of experiential campaigns that elevate Spectra AVL’s commercial presence within the real estate, construction, and entertainment industries. You’ll build strategic partnerships with architects, MEP consultants, music producers, DJs, and sound engineers while ensuring every campaign amplifies our brand narrative and commercial objectives.
This role demands strong business development instincts, polished executive presence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Experiential Campaign Leadership
● Conceptualize, plan, and manage end-to-end experiential marketing initiatives -from ideation, pitch presentations, and budgeting to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
● Integrate digital amplification and social engagement strategies into all activations to maximize reach and audience engagement.
Client Relationship & Account Management
● Serve as primary liaison for commercial clients, ensuring all campaigns align with brand objectives, timelines, and budgets.
● Deliver exceptional client service experiences while maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the experiential marketing space.
● Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and negotiations to drive revenue growth.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
● Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, production partners, venues, and talent.
● Ensure flawless campaign delivery while managing quality control and cost optimization.
Budget Management & Financial Reporting
● Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficiency.
● Provide regular financial reports, reconciliations, and post-event profitability analyses.
Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis
● Define clear KPIs for each activation, oversee real-time performance monitoring.
● Deliver insightful post-activation reports with actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with internal creative, production, logistics, finance, and digital teams to align on campaign objectives, deliverables, and operational plans.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Deliver a minimum of 10 experiential activations annually with at least a 90% client satisfaction rate.
● Achieve an average post-event ROI of 120% or higher.
● Generate 4–5 qualified business leads per quarter via experiential activations.
● Maintain 100% on-time, on-budget delivery for all activations.
● Integrate digital amplification strategies achieving 15% audience growth per campaign on targeted digital platforms.
Required Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum 4 years of experiential marketing, business development, or brand activation experience.
● Proven success in managing end-to-end experiential projects within commercial sectors.
● Strong vendor management and partner relationship skills.
● Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
● Must project executive presence and professional grooming standards in all engagements.
● Experience in real estate, construction, or entertainment industry marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₦550,000.00 - ₦700,000.00 per month
