We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing & Communications Lead to shape and drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth. This role will spearhead both digital and physical marketing efforts — from creative campaign development to influencer partnerships and experiential marketing.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive customer loyalty
- Lead digital campaign execution across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), influencer collaborations, and community-based activations
- Oversee and manage the brand’s online presence, including content calendars, ad management, and performance tracking
- Craft compelling content for social media, email campaigns, product messaging, and advertising
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing-led events
- Drive customer engagement through creative storytelling and campaign ideation
- Plan and execute physical marketing activities such as sampling programs, events, and in-store activations
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to coordinate brand activations and promotional opportunities
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics; present actionable insights and optimizations Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy (FMCG or food sector preferred)
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual direction, and short-form video content
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passionate about storytelling, brand building, and customer engagement
- Must be results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
