JOB SUMMARY

The role holder will manage the operations unit and provide support for the day-to-day running and smooth operations of various projects, events and activities, including site launches and advertising campaigns from concept to delivery

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for Activations and Events KPIs & Data Capture.

• Develop metrics to monitor all areas of engagement with critical monitoring, performance in these areas. identifying opportunities for improvement and driving changes in performance to meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Provide support to the Project Lead from a service perspective, assess areas of Project concerns and respond to any operational issues that arise.

• Manages and coordinates all activations and Events Branding.

• Responsible for Team Training, Brand & Mechanics understanding.

• Ensuring rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintenance of standards of shows and events per the client’s briefs.

• Responsible for Route Planning and spot checks.

• Manages Logistics and Haulage of products and materials.

• Ensure achievement of 100% activations and event results.

• Ensure the achievement of hitch-free executions.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/HND from a reputable institution with at least a Second class upper (2.1) degree in Social Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field from any recognised Institution.

• 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Experiential and Sales Execution.

• Proactive and smart.

• Creative thinker with prolific ideas

• Strong research skills

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Commercial Awareness

• Ability to plan and multitask

• Must be open to learning and sharing ideas.
