Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage the Senior Management calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Draft emails, presentations, reports and meeting briefs.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and production information.
- Serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Conduct market research and prepare background notes for decision-making.
Production Management Duties:
- Coordinate all pre-production, on-set and post-production activities.
- Develop production schedules, call sheets and production reports.
- Book and manage cast, crew, equipment, locations and vendors.
- Track production budgets, raise purchase orders and manage expense reconciliations.
- Ensure productions are on schedule, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Perform risk assessments and obtain necessary permits, approvals and clearances.
- Organise logistics including accommodation, transportation and catering for cast/crew.
- Oversee daily operations on set and problem-solve production issues in real-time.
- Maintain production databases and ensure proper documentation and filing. Support marketing and distribution with production-related content materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Film Production, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Production Coordinator or similar role (experience within Nollywood or media/entertainment industry is a strong advantage).
- Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication (written & verbal), negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with production management software/tools is a plus.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work hybrid, flexible hours, including during shoots.
- Knowledge or deep interest in Nollywood production processes, stakeholders and industry trends is highly desirable.
