Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can operate with discretion, clarity, and ownership. This is not a task-following role but a partnership with the CEO to ensure priorities, execution, and operations are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare necessary documents ahead of time.
- Communication: Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, reports, memos). Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organization & Operations: Maintain clear systems for documentation, reminders, and task tracking to ensure priorities are executed on time.
- Research & Preparation: Conduct background research, prepare briefs, and ensure the CEO is well-equipped for meetings, pitches, and strategic discussions.
- Follow-ups & Accountability: Track action points from meetings, ensure teams deliver on agreed timelines, and report progress back to the CEO.
- Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive company and personal information with discretion, professionalism, and sound decision-making.
- Special Projects: Support the CEO on strategic projects, investor relations, and business development initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in executive support, operations, or a similar role (startup/tech industry experience preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, task/project management apps).
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership without requiring micromanagement.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
