About Us
BookMolly is a growing startup helping beauty and wellness businesses across Nigeria automate their bookings, payments, and client management. Our platform makes it easier for salons and spas to go digital, attract more clients, and stay organized — we are seeking a Growth Marketer to help us bring more businesses on board.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Growth Marketer who can drive both online and offline acquisition. This role combines marketing strategy with real-world outreach — you’ll develop campaigns, run experiments, and, if needed, make physical visits to businesses to explain BookMolly, demo the platform, and help them sign up.
What You’ll Do
- Visit salons, spas, and beauty businesses to pitch BookMolly, demo the platform, and assist with onboarding.
- Create short, engaging video content for our social media channels to drive brand awareness and signups.
- Develop and execute creative growth campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, influencer marketing, and local activations.
- Plan and run digital campaigns to drive new signups and engagement (SEO, email marketing, ads, content).
- Manage BookMolly’s social media channels to increase awareness and build trust among business owners.
- Set up and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create marketing assets, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Identify and test scalable growth channels, track key metrics, and optimize based on data.
- Support partnership and influencer collaborations to expand reach.
- Gather feedback from businesses to inform platform improvements.
You Should Be
- Charismatic and persuasive — confident speaking to business owners in person.
- Confident on camera with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Creative and resourceful.
- Comfortable working independently and hitting outreach & marketing targets.
- Familiar with digital tools (Google Sheets, CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business, Canva, etc.).
- Passionate about helping small businesses grow.
Bonus Points If You
- Have previous experience in sales, outreach, or field marketing.
- Have experience running paid digital ad campaigns.
- Understand the beauty/wellness industry.
- Have worked in a startup environment before.
