Role Description
We are seeking a Shopify E-Commerce Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale our online store. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our Shopify platform operates seamlessly, products are presented beautifully, and customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. This role combines technical expertise with a strong eye for brand presentation and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
✅Manage daily operations of our Shopify store, including updating product listings, pricing, and promotions.
✅Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely updates.
✅Optimize site speed, navigation, and overall performance for maximum conversions.
✅Implement new Shopify features, apps, and integrations to improve functionality and user experience.
✅Analyze revenue, conversion, AOV, LTV, and abandonment; run experiments; deliver actionable insights and roadmaps.
✅Ensure all site content and product descriptions align with The Beauty Doctrine’s brand voice and ingredient integrity standards.

✅Stay current on Shopify updates, e-commerce best practices, and clean beauty market trends.
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores (3+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Shopify’s core features, Liquid templates, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization.
• Experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to integrate apps and automations to improve operations.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury retail is a plus.
