The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering instruction in English language and literature, creating engaging and effective lesson plans, and evaluating student progress. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a genuine passion for supporting students in developing their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. A performance bonus will be awarded when all students pass external examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver English lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and participation
- Provide feedback and support to students for academic growth
- Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
