Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Provide accurate advice on study abroad options, universities, and courses
- Conduct consultations and assess student eligibility
- Follow up with leads and guide students through the application process
- Maintain records of interactions and update CRM
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure timely application submissions
- Meet weekly/monthly conversion and sales targets
- Support students with documentation and interview preparation where required Represent the agency during virtual and physical events or fairs
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Diploma in a related field
