The Dispatch Rider is responsible for timely and safe delivery and pickup of items to and from designated locations. The role requires road safety awareness, good time management, and excellent customer service.
- Deliver and pick up items within assigned timeframes.
- Ensure the accurate documentation of deliveries and collections.
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition and ensure regular servicing.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations during delivery.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other departments.
- Handle deliveries with professionalism and care to prevent damage or loss.
- Report any road incidents or delivery challenges promptly.
