Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers at homes, offices, or event locations.
- Ensure accuracy of delivery items by cross-checking orders before leaving the restaurant.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and sales team regarding order status, delays, or customer feedback.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS or local knowledge.
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly where applicable.
- Ensure bike is maintained in safe and good working condition. Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license for motorcycle/bike operation (if applicable).
- Familiarity with the local area and ability to read maps or use navigation apps.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polite and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
- Physical fitness to ride for extended periods and carry food items safely.
- Must own or have access to a reliable bicycle, scooter, or motorbike.
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience as a delivery rider or courier is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for customer service and representing a proudly Nigerian brand.
