Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Rider, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages and documents to various destinations. Daily tasks include route planning, maintaining communication with the dispatch office, ensuring the security of items during transit, and providing customer service. The Dispatch Rider is expected to uphold company standards in timeliness, safety, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid rider's license and knowledge of Lagos State routes
- Ability to operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education Ability to work independently
