Location : Calabar (Hybrid with WFH flexibility)

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies

• Set and track sales targets and KPIs

• Lead digital transformation initiatives in sales processes
  

2. Team Management

• Build and lead high-performing sales teams

• Implement training and development programs

• Monitor team performance and provide mentorship
  

3. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities

• Establish strategic partnerships

• Drive platform adoption across different segments
  

4. Customer Relations

• Ensure excellent customer service standards

• Manage key account relationships

• Develop customer retention strategies
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 7+ years of progressive sales experience

• Proven track record in digital platform sales

• Strong understanding of educo-social commerce

• Excellence in team leadership and management

Position Overview

• Handle Bank account operations
  

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statements

• Generate management reports

• Analyze financial trends

• Track platform revenue metrics
  

3. Compliance & Control

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Implement internal controls

• Manage audit processes

• Monitor transaction security
  

4. System Management

• Operate financial software systems

• Maintain digital payment records
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Professional accounting certification (ICAN)

• 3+ years accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software
