Position Summary
We are seeking an ELITE, RESULTS-DRIVEN Head of Sales and Acquisition for an EXTREMELY AMBITIOUS, TARGET-DRIVEN ROLE. This position is designed exclusively for exceptional sales leaders who thrive in high-pressure environments and consistently deliver extraordinary results.

- Team Leadership: Manage and optimize performance of sales representatives and school consultants
- Market Penetration: Establish ExcelMind as the premier exam preparation platform in Nigerian secondary schools
Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Nigerian secondary school market
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams within the education sector
- Lead market research initiatives to understand competitive landscape and customer needs
Team Management & Performance Optimization
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and school consultants
- Set individual and team performance targets aligned with company objectives
- Implement performance tracking systems and conduct regular performance reviews
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members
- Handle performance management issues and implement corrective actions when targets are not met
Sales Operations & Customer Acquisition
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies

Required QualificationsEducational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field

Professional Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Extensive experience working with Nigerian secondary schools and educational institutions
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
