Everything Shelter Ltd. is seeking a highly driven and digitally savvy professional to fill the role of Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Assistant . This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, conversion optimization, and sales funnels . The core focus is to generate high-quality leads , nurture them through the sales funnel , and drive measurable business growth through strategic marketing initiatives .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:
• Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (organic & paid)
• Build, monitor, and optimize sales funnels from awareness to conversion
• Develop lead scoring systems and prioritize follow-up strategies
• Analyze funnel performance and recommend data-driven improvements
• Email Marketing & Automation:
• Create targeted campaigns and automated email sequences to convert leads
• Manage segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Track performance metrics (open/click-through/bounce rates) and iterate for better ROI
• Digital Content & Brand Communication:
• Support the creation of compelling content across social media, newsletters, and presentations
• Ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with brand voice across platforms
• Partnership Support (Secondary Focus):
• Assist with identifying and onboarding strategic partners
Manage part-time partnership reps and align them with lead generation goals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing , lead generation , or sales funnel management
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) , email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo) , and design platforms (e.g., Canva)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines
• Must live in or have reliable access to Ibeju-Lekki / Ajah axis
