Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and strategic Digital Marketing & Storytelling Specialist to amplify our brand, engage target audiences, and drive conversion through compelling narratives and data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who understands the intersection of content, digital platforms, and user behavior and knows how to create impact across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Develop brand-aligned narratives and campaign stories for digital channels (web, email, social, video, blog, etc.)
- Craft thought leadership articles, impact stories, and product narratives that resonate with target audiences Translate data and complex concepts into accessible, emotional, and inspiring stories
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Design and implement multi-channel digital campaigns (organic and paid) to support awareness, engagement, and conversion goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) Monitor SEO/SEM performance and implement improvements
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs and generate regular reports to analyze performance, audience insights, and ROI
- Recommend adjustments to strategy and content based on data and engagement metrics Use A/B testing, retargeting, and segmentation to optimize conversion
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with design, product, communications, and partnerships teams
- Coordinate with media agencies and content partners to align campaign delivery Maintain an organized calendar for campaign rollouts and content publishing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, storytelling, or content strategy roles
- Strong writing and editing skills with a proven portfolio of storytelling work
- Solid understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CMS platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, HubSpot)
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing Creative thinker, problem-solver, and strong project manager
