Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc).
- Optimize website and content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to grow audience and brand presence.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to measure ROI and KPIs.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum impact. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
