Role Overview:
We’re seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketer to lead the charge on sales-focused campaigns, funnel optimization, and audience growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in generating leads, converting customers, and scaling revenue for our clients through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Write persuasive ad copies, sales scripts, and email content tailored to each client's brand voice and audience
- Create lead generation funnels and run ads to attract qualified leads for client accounts
- Follow up with leads via CRM, email, or WhatsApp and convert leads into paying customers
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion and ROI
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure consistency across campaigns
- Maintain marketing performance reports, including cost-per-lead, click-through rates, and conversion ratios
- Recommend improvements and strategies for growth across client accounts
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation (especially using Meta and Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and retargeting strategies
- Excellent copywriting and sales scripting ability
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience working with multiple brands or managing agency client accounts is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and deliver results
