Job Summary
Kalos Health and Beauty is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence and executing effective paid advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales across our skincare, tea, and spice product lines.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content calendars and digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Plan, launch, and optimise Facebook/Instagram ads to drive traffic and sales
- Track and analyse campaign performance (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversions), and provide actionable reports
- Create engaging captions, graphics, and short-form videos in line with brand messaging
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Stay updated on digital trends and algorithm changes to improve performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media advertising
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and social media scheduling tools
- Strong copywriting skills and creative eye for content design
- Passion for wellness, skincare, and natural living is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Lagos Mainland
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend engagement for campaigns
