Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product or service information & assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in professional manner. Document customer interaction and feedback.
Requirements:
- Must demonstrate great communication skills, proactivity, sharp-wit, multi-task and technical ability.
- Good command of English language, Igbo language is expected.
- Candidate must be resident in Owerri, Imo state.
