- The Customer Service & Cashier will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing laundry orders, collecting and recording payments, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and receive laundry items for processing.
- Record customer information, laundry details, and issue receipts.
- Handle cash, mobile transfers, and POS transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely communication to customers about order status.
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
- 2+ years of previous customer service or cashier experience in a fast paced organisation preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy in handling payments annd automated check out systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.
- Honesty, integrity, proactiveness and professionalism.
