We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Cake, Pastry & Drinks Sales)
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1 / Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via Phoneand Social Media Platforms.
- Assist customers in placing orders and selecting products that suit their preferences and occasions.
- Accurately process all customer orders with specified hours.
- Keep customers informed about new product offerings and promotions.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to confirm production timelines and meet delivery deadlines.
- Help coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to align with order demands.
- Ensure all cakes and pastries are properly packaged for pick-up or delivery.
- Conduct follow-ups post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Oversee and ensure timely pick-up or delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain and update the customer database to support targeted communications and loyalty programs.
Position Objective
- To ensure exceptional customer service by efficiently managing allorders, providing tailored product recommendations, and enhancing overall customer experience.
- The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, repeat patronage, and smooth coordination between the sales and kitchen teams.
