Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Process orders, applications, and transactions efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:
