Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service.
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries across social media and messaging platforms.
- Take and process orders online and ensure timely delivery.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) around fashion products (shoes, bags, belts). Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience both online and offline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/NCE; a degree is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
- Customer service or sales experience in fashion/retail is an added advantage. Creativity and attention to detail.
Location: Ikeja, Allen Avenue
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1 day off, flexible)
Working Hours: 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
