Job Description/Requirements

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will be the friendly face (and voice) of Nourie, ensuring our customers feel valued from the moment they connect with us.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, refunds, and returns in line with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Share feedback with the team to help improve our service and offerings. Promote specials, new menu items, and events to our customers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, or food service preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software, Microsoft Office tools, and other relevant systems. A team player who truly enjoys helping people
